The Goals and Functions of Financial Management are critical to a firm’s success, and we rely heavily on a good understanding of economics and accounting to explain the concepts of finance. The overriding goals of financial management are shareholders’ wealth maximization and return on investment, which often translated into rewarding Executive Salaries for delivering wealth maximization. The scope is affected by the forms of organization – sole proprietorship, partnership, or corporation. This course offers a certificate of completion that identifies the course, the student, and a brief description of the course. To receive a certificate the student must have attended at least 80% of the course sessions. This personalized certificate is forwarded to the student by Email.
